By using Viever Sound, you agree to these terms. Viever Sound is a product of Solm Systems Ltd. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Viever Sound is a music listening analysis tool that connects to your Spotify account to generate a daily Energetic Sound Profile. The service analyses your recently played tracks to provide insights into your listening patterns, emotional tone, and energy arc.
The service is provided "as is" and the analysis is interpretive in nature. Sound profiles are generated readings based on listening data and should be understood as reflective interpretations, not clinical or scientific assessments.
To use Viever Sound, you must:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You can revoke Viever Sound's access to your Spotify account at any time through your Spotify account settings.
Viever Sound accesses your Spotify data in accordance with Spotify's Developer Terms of Service. We access only your recently played tracks and basic profile information. We do not modify your Spotify account, playlists, or listening queue in any way.
The Viever Sound name, brand, design, analysis engine, and all generated content (sound profiles, interpretations, insights) are the intellectual property of Solm Systems Ltd.
Your listening data remains yours. The sound profiles generated from your data are provided for your personal use.
You agree not to:
We aim to keep Viever Sound available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service depends on the Spotify API and may be affected by Spotify's availability, rate limits, or API changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solm Systems Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Viever Sound.
The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the analysis outputs.
You may stop using Viever Sound at any time by disconnecting your Spotify account and requesting data deletion. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
